Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MoneyGrad collects, how we use and protect it, and the control you have over it. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here.

1Information we collect

A. Identity & onboarding data

  • Personal: name, date of birth, gender, marital status.
  • Contact: mobile number, email address.
  • Professional: occupation, income range.
  • Government ID: Permanent Account Number (PAN), collected for identity verification and credit-score fetching.

B. Financial data (automated)

  • Email: we parse transactional emails to extract bank name, transaction amount, date and account balance (last 4 digits only, where available).
  • Investment data: holdings, transactions and values synced from linked brokerage accounts.

C. Debt & liabilities

  • Credit cards: outstanding amounts and due dates extracted from bank statements or alerts.
  • Loans: details entered manually or fetched via credit bureaus.

2How we use your data

  • Cash-flow analysis: to calculate your monthly income versus expenses.
  • Net-worth tracking: to give a unified view of your assets (stocks, FDs, cash).
  • Service delivery: to facilitate bill payments and FD bookings with our partners.
  • Verification: to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

3Data storage & security

  • Encryption: all sensitive data (PAN, financials) is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Strict access: we do NOT store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs or banking passwords (except strictly for session refreshes where authorised).
  • Location: all user data is hosted on secure servers located within India.
  • Duration: data extracted from emails is stored for up to six months from the date of storage.

4Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Technology partners: to facilitate specific transactions (for example, booking an FD).
  • Regulated entities: banks and NBFCs for KYC purposes when you apply for a product.
  • Legal authorities: where required by law.

5Your rights

  • Revocation: you can withdraw email permissions at any time via your device settings.
  • Deletion: you may request account deletion by contacting contact@inviwise.com. On deletion, all your synced data is wiped from our servers.

6Your consent & changes to this policy

Your consent: by visiting the platform or creating an account to use the services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Changes: we may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time. Where we consider it necessary, we may notify you through push notifications or another form of notice to keep you updated.
