Terms & Conditions of Use

1Introduction

Welcome to MoneyGrad. By downloading, accessing or using the MoneyGrad mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2Pre-launch (beta) disclaimer

You acknowledge that the App is currently in a pre-launch / beta phase, ahead of its official launch.

• Data stability: features related to real-time data sync (brokerage, banks) are under testing. We reserve the right to reset user data or modify features without prior notice.
• No liability: we are not liable for any service interruptions, data latency or bugs encountered during this testing phase.

3Eligibility & registration

To use MoneyGrad, you must:

• Be a resident of India and at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid PAN card and an Indian bank account.
• Provide accurate details regarding your identity, income and employment during onboarding.

4Services & modules

4.1 Automated expense & debt tracking (SMS/email). To track your cash flow and debt obligations, you grant MoneyGrad permission to automatically parse transactional SMS and emails. We strictly process messages from 6-digit alphanumeric senders (banks, billers). We NEVER read personal messages, OTPs or passwords. Expense categorisation is automated, and we are not responsible for errors in classification or parsing.

4.2 Investment tracking (brokerage).We display investment data fetched from your third-party discount brokerage accounts. This data is shown “as is” and for informational purposes only.

4.3 Fixed deposits (technology partnership). MoneyGrad acts solely as a technology interface. Fixed-deposit products are issued by regulated banks/NBFCs and processed via our technology partners. Your FD contract is directly with the issuing bank, and MoneyGrad does not hold your funds at any point. We are not liable for the insolvency or service failure of the issuing bank or technology partner.

4.4 Bill payments (BBPS).Bill payments are processed via the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). Payments may take 2–3 business days to settle, so you agree to initiate them well before the due date. Failed transactions are refunded to the source account within 5–7 business days as per NPCI guidelines.

5User responsibilities

• Security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app PIN and login credentials.
• True data: you agree to provide accurate KYC information (PAN, name). False information may lead to account termination.

6Intellectual property

All content, software, UI/UX designs and the “MoneyGrad” trademark are the exclusive property of Inviwise Solutions LLP. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the App.

7Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from your investment decisions.
• Errors in data fetched from third-party sources (banks, brokerages).
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence.

8Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
